Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience recruiting software engineers.
• Experience managing a high-volume technical recruitment with tight timelines.
• Strong technical understanding of software engineering roles; engineering background is a plus.
• Extensive experience recruiting in the Swedish tech market and other European markets.

Responsibilities

• Own high-capacity, end-to-end technical recruitment across engineering, data, infrastructure, and other tech and support functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand teams, business challenges, and needs; coach on talent availability and assessment approaches.
• Bring technical credibility to conversations with engineers to engage them effectively.
• Use AI to redefine recruitment: AI-driven sourcing, automation and workflows.
• Go beyond conventional sourcing using GitHub, communities, and talent networks.
• Deliver recruitment across European markets while maintaining standards.
• Use funnel data and market insights to guide hiring decisions and improve outcomes.
• Build employer brand through conversations, campaigns, and events.
