Job summary

A growing consulting firm in Gothenburg seeks an experienced recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves close cooperation with the CEO and proactive engagement with client managers to identify talent needs. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience, especially in specialist roles, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of Swedish is beneficial.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 2 years in specialist or mid-to-senior roles.
  • Experience hiring for complex positions.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CEO to plan and deliver recruitment assignments.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviews.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through active sourcing.
