Qualifications

Experience in requirements management, system architecture, and technical documentation.
Strong understanding of hardware and software interaction.
Experience in system integration, verification, and validation.
Experience leading technical activities or cross-functional engineering teams.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining system architectures.
Defining, analyzing, and breaking down system requirements.
Ensuring traceability between requirements, design, implementation, and verification.
Leading and coordinating technical activities across engineering disciplines.
Coordinating interfaces between hardware, software, sensors, and external systems.
Planning and supporting system integration, verification, and validation.
Performing technical risk assessments and system performance analyses.
Collaborating with internal teams, external partners, customers, and suppliers.
Communicating technical decisions and creating alignment between stakeholders.
Providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams and project management.
