Qualifications

• Experience in systems engineering within life science instruments or similar technology-driven products.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.

Responsibilities

• Define, structure, and maintain system and stakeholder requirements.
• Coordinate system-level architecture and design across engineering teams.
• Facilitate technical reviews for requirement alignment.
• Establish and improve requirements, change, and configuration management processes.
• Manage engineering changes and conduct impact assessments.
• Support system integration, verification, and product release.
