Job summary

DXC Luxoft is seeking Functional Safety experts to join our growing Automotive practice in Sweden. You will work on next generation safety-critical vehicle systems for connected, autonomous, and electric vehicles, collaborating across international teams.

Ideal candidates have AFSP or equivalent qualification, 3+ years as a safety moderator, and strong leadership and communication skills. Experience with Team Center and Car/System Weaver is valued.

Qualifications

• AFSP (Automotive Functional Safety Professional) or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years as a moderator for H&R, FMEA, FTA per ISO26262.
• Senior System Safety competence ISO 26262 Parts 3/4, HARA.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with suppliers and international environment.
• Experience with Team Center.
• Experience with Car/System Weaver.

Responsibilities

• Functional Safety implementation of electronic vehicle functions per Safety process at System and Software level; includes Safety Concept definition and Safety Management.
• Lead and perform system safety work products: TSC, Safety Case, HARA.
• Lead and perform software safety work products: safety requirements, safety architecture.
• Lead and perform Safety Analysis like FMEA, FTA, DFA.
• Perform verification and validation reviews.
• Support in implementation of Safety process in the project.

Responsibilities

SKILLS

Must have

• - Qualification as AFSP (Automotive Functional Safety Professional) from SGS-TÜV Saar or a comparable qualification from an accredited provider.- At least 3 years of continuous practical experience as a moderator for the implementation of H&Rs, FMEA, FTA according to ISO26262.- Senior System Safety competence (ISO 26262 - Part 3, Part 4, HARA).- Excellent leadership and communication skills.- Knowledge and experience from working with suppliers and working in an international environment.- Experience with Team Center.- Experience with Car/System Weaver.Soft skills:- team players, practical and pragmatic by nature- great communication skills to successfully advise and support the organization
