Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior System Software Engineer focused on embedded software and platform solutions for the DRIVE self-driving platform. You will collaborate with software, hardware and architecture teams to design, implement, integrate, validate and optimize software for NVIDIA's DRIVE platform.

You will work directly with customers to bring DRIVE-based solutions to production, porting device drivers for SoCs, sensors and cameras, and driving release integration.

Qualifications

• MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or closely related field.
• Proven embedded systems experience with imaging pipelines.
• Excellent programming knowledge in C, C++, and Python.
• Familiarity with Linux, Android or RTOS fundamentals.
• Experience in automotive software development and customer interaction.
• Knowledge of Git or Perforce version control.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software, hardware and architecture teams to design and optimize DRIVE software.
• Port and integrate device drivers for SoCs, sensors and cameras.
• Drive release integration and resolve production issues in the DRIVE stack.
• Optimize performance for BSP and platform software components.
• Engage with customers to implement and deliver solutions on NVIDIA DRIVE.
• Work on multiple customer projects.
