Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Site Reliability/DevOps role.
• Hands-on AWS expertise with networking within AWS.
• Advanced Linux skills (engineering fundamentals, networking, storage, operating systems).
• Experience with observability suites (Grafana, ELK Stack, Prometheus).
• Proven ability to reduce downtime and troubleshoot complex systems.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Chef).
• Strong documentation and incident-reporting skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure performance, capacity, scalability, reliability, and security for the platform.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS.
• Develop and manage observability solutions (Grafana, ELK, Prometheus).
• Automate provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Chef.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to respond to incidents.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure high availability and resilience.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and post-incident reviews.
