About the role:

As a Senior Solution Developer, you’ll apply your 10+ years of mainframe expertise, comfortably supporting other developers and driving improved developer experience. Your role will embody customer focus and deliver high‑value results with a business‑oriented approach. As part of a team, you’ll help drive innovation and continuous improvement while contributing to your and your colleague’s skill development and strong cross‑team collaboration. In this role, you’ll focus on improving efficiency and delivering high‑quality solutions, working with technologies such as Cobol, JCL, and Db2/SQL. Experience with Assembler, REXX, System Programming, Easytrieve, SEB C/S, DHS, and testing is highly valued, as is knowledge of non‑mainframe technologies such as Linux, Docker, and API development.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• Over 10 years of robust mainframe experience, proficient in Cobol, JCL, and Db2/SQL.
• Solid understanding of Assembler, REXX, System Programmer experience, or non‑mainframe technologies (Linux, Docker, API development).
• Driven to improve developer experience and comfortable supporting other developers with a strong customer focus.
• A collaborative, business‑oriented approach to driving innovation, change, efficiency, and continuous competency growth.
