Job summary

Mimo is seeking a senior engineer to lead end-to-end technical initiatives from architecture to delivery, based in our central Stockholm office with hybrid flexibility. You will build core systems that automate accounting work and drive product opportunities with strong ownership and collaboration across product and design.

You will work across the stack (Go, TypeScript, Python, Postgres, GCP) to raise the bar on engineering standards and ensure reliable, scalable software used by a growing

Qualifications

Senior or staff level experience at product companies with strong engineering cultures.
Comfortable across the stack: web, backend, infrastructure or data, willing to work outside strongest area.
Strong grasp of building for production: reliability, performance, and ops realities.

Responsibilities

Lead large technical initiatives from architecture to delivery.
Build core systems that automate accounting work including document handling, reconciliation and adjustments.
Craft pragmatic solutions to high-impact product opportunities and know which problems to tackle.
Work across the stack to get work done; the stack is Go, TypeScript, Python, Postgres and GCP.
Raise the bar on development through code reviews, direction, and standards.
Collaborate with product and design to ship user-focused features.
