Job summary

Pair Parking is seeking a motivated software developer to join our lean, fast-growing team in Stockholm or Jönköping. You will work across the full stack, building web features in Laravel used by millions and integrating AI tools into daily workflow.

You’ll join a tight-knit, product-driven group that values ownership, customer value, and rapid production releases. Proficiency in English is required; Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

• A few years of professional coding experience.

As a developer at Pair, you'll work across the full stack of our web platform – architecture, design, the whole build. In this role, you'll be part of a tight-knit team of sharp and driven developers, as well as experts in design and product.

You will be

• Developing web application features in Laravel, used by more than 1 million people and 400 businesses worldwide
• Using AI tools as part of your everyday dev workflow
• Work in an empowered product development team, who value prioritizing customer value, own what you build, and ship to production several times per day

We expect you to have

• A few years of professional coding experience
• Experience in using AI tools
• Experience in Laravel is not required but considered a strong plus – what matters most is that you're hungry to learn new languages, tools, and technologies, and that you know a similar framework, e.g. Django (Python), Ruby on Rails, Symfony (PHP), or Spring Boot (Java/Kotlin).
• A growth mentality where you constantly push yourself to improve your skills and learn new concepts and domains
