Tandem Health is reimagining healthcare with clinicians at the center. We seek a senior security engineer to own our security operations program in Stockholm, spanning SIEM, telemetry, detection, and incident response. This hands-on role shapes tools, processes, and skills as the team scales.

A growth path beyond management is possible as the team expands. You will lead risk-prioritised data integration into SIEM, ensure telemetry health checks, and guide containment decisions in collaboration

Qualifications

• Senior-level security operations experience.
• Experience with MDR providers and containment.
• Ability to design repeatable detection lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own a risk-prioritised plan for bringing data sources into our SIEM platform.
• Make telemetry dependable with checks for missing, delayed or incomplete data.
• Develop a repeatable detection lifecycle from creation to retirement.
• Lead technical response to incidents: scope, urgency, impact, containment.
• Coordinate incidents from detection to closure with playbooks and records.
• Run security incident training and exercises for the team.
