Infosys leads the Test Engineering space in Gothenburg, Sweden, driving verification and validation across SDV features, electrification and autonomous driving. The Lead Consultant will shape test strategies, manage plans, and oversee rigorous evaluation across hardware, software and vehicle integration.

The role emphasizes expert-level testing frameworks, defect resolution, and collaboration with global teams to ensure product safety, quality and performance in a dynamic automotive domain.

Qualifications

• Define verification strategies, test methods and validation frameworks for vehicle features and field tests.
• Lead test preparation, execution, analysis and reporting activities.
• Identify verification needs and ensure coverage across system, software and vehicle levels.
• Define field test strategies for electrification, automated driving, connected services and AI-based functions.
• Analyze test results, recommend resolutions, and drive defect reports to closure.
• Prepare engineering reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve test methods, standards and validation processes.
• Serve as the technical authority for test methods and validation processes.
• Mentor engineers and drive testing excellence across teams.

Responsabilités

• Define verification criteria, test requirements and validation strategies for vehicle features and field tests.
• Develop test plans and lead test preparation, execution, analysis and reporting.
• Identify verification needs and ensure coverage across system, software and vehicle levels.
• Define field test strategies for electrification, automated driving, connected services, and AI-based functions.
• Analyze test results, provide recommendations, and drive resolution of defects and fault reports.
• Prepare Engineering Reports (ERs) and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Continuously improve test methods, standards and technical requirements.
• Serve as the technical authority for test methods, test codes and validation processes.
• Mentor engineers and drive testing excellence across global teams.
