Job summary

Cypher Consulting Europe seeks a Senior Scrum Master to lead 3–4 agile teams through a major transformation toward a unified product backlog and shared vision. You will coach teams, foster collaboration, and elevate agile maturity to improve delivery flow and predictability.

The role requires strong Scrum/Kanban knowledge, experience guiding multiple teams, and fluency in Swedish and English. Prior SAFe/LeSS/Nexus exposure is advantageous; Swedish market context applies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in large organisations.
• Proven experience coaching multiple teams simultaneously towards a shared product backlog.
• Experience supporting major agile transformations.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and agile delivery practices.
• Experience using flow metrics to improve delivery performance.
• Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English.
• Experience with scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus is advantageous.
