Job summary

Lorien is seeking a Senior SAP OpenText VIM Technical Consultant in Sweden with flexible location. The role focuses on providing L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting complex SAP OpenText VIM incidents, and driving root cause analysis.

You will work on OpenText VIM implementations, AMS support, and integration with SAP FI/AP, MM, and ArchiveLink, ensuring smooth invoice ingestion workflows and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SAP OpenText VIM experience and 7+ years SAP overall experience.
• Hands-on experience in OpenText VIM implementation and AMS support projects.
• Experience with invoice ingestion via OCR, Email, IDoc, Manual Upload, and ArchiveLink.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot complex incidents, perform root cause analysis.
• Support continuous improvement of SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.

Senior SAP OpenText VIM Technical Consultant

Excellent opportunity for experienced Sap OpenText VIM Technical consultants to join global Sap Partner in their regional COE

• 2+ years of SAP OpenText VIM experience with overall SAP experience of 7+ years.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP OpenText VIM implementation and AMS support projects.
• OpenText VIM 7.5/7.6/20.x/23.x
• SAP FI/AP processes
• SAP MM integration
• SAP Workflow
• OpenText Archive Server
• BCC and/or Information Extraction Service (IES)
• Experience with invoice ingestion via OCR, Email, IDoc, Manual Upload, and ArchiveLink.
• Strong knowledge of:
• PO/NPO Processing
• Approval Workflows
• Chart of Accounts (CoA)
• Expense Types
• Experience in auto-account assignment and derivation logic for Non-PO invoices.
• Ability to debug and analyze workflow failures, document processing errors, posting failures, and integration issues.

Support & Troubleshooting Skills

• Strong experience handling Sev-1, Sev-2 incidents.
• Experience with RCA preparation and problem management.
• Ability to analyze logs, workflows, document processing chains, and SAP FI posting issues.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams for issue resolution.

Key responsibilities :

Providing L2/ L3 production support, troubleshooting complex incidents, performing root cause analysis, implementing enhancements, and supporting the continuous improvement of SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions.
