Axel Arigato is seeking a Construction & Facilities Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage how our physical spaces are built, refurbished and maintained—from stores to showrooms and pop-ups. You’ll own budgets for these spaces, working with contractors, landlords and cross‑functional teams to keep each space safe, functional and aligned with brand standards.

Based in Gothenburg, Sweden, this on‑site, fixed‑term role runs for 12 months (parental leave cover) and starts in January 2027.

Qualifikationen

• Background in building/construction or facilities management with 5+ years in retail spaces.
• Experience leading a team or coordinating multiple partners.
• Strong understanding of commercial space requirements and maintenance.

Aufgaben

• Own schedules, budgets, and risk plans for construction/refurbishment projects.
• Lead projects from start to close-out with external partners across markets.
• Review and execute supplier/maintenance agreements to reduce risk.
• Run QA/QC and ensure stores open to standard.
• Coordinate with departments to share knowledge and improve processes.
