SEB seeks a senior Red Team Lead to guide and expand its offensive security program from hands-on testing to strategic leadership. You will drive adversary emulation, attack-path analysis, and tooling development while maintaining strong human oversight and AI-enabled workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration with security engineers, threat intelligence, and incident response teams to raise SEB's cyber resilience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on offensive security experience (mandatory).
• Proven leadership of red/purple team engagements in large enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of attack techniques, adversary behavior, and attack paths.

Responsibilities

• Lead red and purple team engagements from planning through execution, reporting, and lessons learned.
• Design threat-informed attack scenarios across apps, APIs, identities, endpoints, and cloud services.
• Perform hands-on testing including exploitation, advisory emulation, and attack-path analysis.
• Define rules of engagement, escalation paths, and communication procedures.
• Coordinate engagements with technical teams, risk functions, and external testers.
• Partner with defense teams to validate telemetry and defensive capabilities.
• Improve detections, response playbooks, and technical controls based on exercises.
• Translate findings into business-impact briefings for senior stakeholders.
• Coach offensive security specialists and foster a collaborative learning culture.
• Explore and operationalize AI-assisted offensive security workflows.
