Global Taxation Services Nordic Sweden AB is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage cradle-to-grave commercial duties across contracts, from tender to final accounts. You will drive budgeting, BOQ development and profit plans while coordinating with clients and the internal project team.

You will handle subcontractor accounts, interim valuations, and final accounts, ensuring payments align with procurement terms and ISMS compliance. Strong communication and proactive risk management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting and commercial reporting.
• Ability to manage interim and final accounts with subcontractors.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and procurement terms.
• Proactive with risk identification and reporting to senior management.

Responsabilités

• Budgeting, reporting, developing BOQs and profit plans.
• Communicate with Client and project team; report on commercial status.
• Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations and final accounts; ensure payments.
• Administer contract obligations and issue interim/final accounts and progress applications.
• Identify commercial risks and report to Senior Management.
• Collaborate with Planning Engineer on progress reporting.
• Cost daily work changes, manage remeasurements and site dayworks.
• Maintain records and backing for costing.
• Work on own initiative and prioritize tasks.
• Negotiate with clients as needed.
• Comply with ISMS and keep information secure.
