Job summary

Maven Wireless is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to oversee and improve our quality management system across hardware and software development, production, testing and deliveries, including external partners.

In this scale-up phase you will lead cross-functional quality initiatives, manage supplier quality, drive ISO compliance (9001, 14001, 27001) and develop KPIs to continually raise product quality and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality management within technology/manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO standards and quality leadership is a plus.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and development processes and QC methodologies.
• Experience with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality strategies across development, manufacturing and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements.
• Manage supplier and subcontractor quality, including inspections, testing and audits.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues with corrective actions.
• Support customer inquiries and audits, providing documentation and driving certifications.
• Lead the internal Quality Forum to handle quality issues.
• Develop and monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and industry standards.
• Contribute to environmental data collection for sustainability reporting.
