Job summary

Our client, a leading General Contractor delivering a major data centre project in Sweden, seeks an experienced Project Lead to drive delivery, coordinate site operations and liaise with the client, subcontractors and internal teams to meet programme, quality and safety targets.

The role requires proven leadership in large-scale construction, a background in data centres or mission-critical builds, and strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, international project

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Project Lead, Senior Project Manager or similar senior delivery role.
• Experience working for a General Contractor on large-scale construction projects.
• Background in data centre or mission-critical construction is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programme management and subcontractor coordination.
• MEP and CSA packages expertise.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, international project environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating day-to-day construction activities on site
• Managing project teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders to maintain progress against programme
• Working closely with the Project Director and senior management team to drive project delivery
• Monitoring programme performance, identifying potential delays and implementing solutions
• Coordinating MEP and CSA activities to ensure effective integration across the build
• Ensuring all works are delivered in line with health and safety requirements and quality standards
• Managing site resources, resolving construction issues and maintaining delivery momentum
• Supporting commissioning, project close-out and handover activities

I'm working with a leading General Contractor looking to appoint an experienced Project Lead to support the delivery of a major data centre project in Sweden.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional with a strong background in data centre or large complex build projects, looking to take a leading role on a large data centre development in a fast-growing market.

The Role

As Project Lead, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of the project, coordinating site operations and working closely with the wider project team, subcontractors and client to ensure programme, quality and safety targets are achieved

Responsibilities
