Job summary

IN Groupe is seeking a Senior RFID & Card Production Specialist to serve as the technical authority for card production, RFID encoding, and access control solutions. You will influence product development, operations, and ongoing innovations across the organization.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Services, Operations, and Engineering to deliver secure, reliable, and compliant solutions while guiding teams through complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary expert and trusted advisor within card production and RFID encoding.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Support Product Owners with technical analysis, solution recommendations, and data-driven decision making.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational and technical improvement.
• Lead and support strategic projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop, maintain, and improve technical standards, procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex operational and technical issues.
• Monitor industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends within RFID, card technologies, and access control.
• Recommend and implement innovative solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and customer value.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, industry regulations, and security requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities.
• Act as an escalation point for technical investigations and problem resolution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing insights into current system solutions, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting business decisions.

About the Role

This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with strategic leadership, enabling you to influence product development, operational excellence, and innovation across the organization.

As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with Product Owners, Technical Services, Operations, Engineering teams, and external stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient solutions.
