Job summary

Spotify is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead end-to-end book experiences on the Books Vertical—from discovery and conversion through listening, and from the creator pipeline to the consumer shelf. You will connect the dots across core experiences, content pipeline, and creator tooling to make books work seamlessly across surfaces.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in product management across complex ecosystems.
Proven ability to improve multi-surface product experiences and integrate systems.
Experience using analytics, A/B tests, and user research to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute product strategy across core book experiences, conversion flows, content pipeline, and creator tooling.
Partner with teams across Spotify to close gaps and create a coherent end-to-end experience.
Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Product Insights, and PM to improve discovery, conversion, listening, and creator surfaces.
Conduct research to understand listener behavior, creator needs, and market trends.
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities and prioritize them.
Define and track success metrics across the book experience and pipeline health.
