Job summary

You will partner with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver high-quality experiences and mentor a team of PMs in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Hybrid work from Stockholm or London is available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience at scale in consumer media.
• Deep knowledge of books, podcasts, or music industries and user behavior.
• Experience building for iOS and Android with complex UIs.
• Ability to balance UX, technical constraints, and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision and strategy across formats.
• Evolve user experience across discovery, engagement, library, and retention.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategy into product innovations.
• Lead cross-format, end-to-end initiatives and align stakeholders.
• Mentor PMs and elevate product craft.
