Quinyx seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the Analytics strategy within our intelligent WFM platform. You will shape the product direction, drive multi-year roadmaps, and partner with leadership to align priorities with business goals.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, apply data-as-a-product thinking, and leverage AI to enhance discovery and workflows. Join a global, hybrid team building scalable solutions for managers and frontline workers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience (SaaS).
• Deep experience owning data products, analytics suites, Data-as-a-Service (DaaS), or data APIs.
• Strong product process and drive with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Senior stakeholder management and ability to align cross-functional teams.
• Practical experience using LLM tools to accelerate PM processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year evolution of Quinyx Analytics (embedded reporting, self-serve, Data-as-a-Service).
• Align priorities into a ROI-driven roadmap with executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify high-impact market requirements to drive commercial growth and product adoption.
• Leverage AI and modern workflows to enhance discovery and product processes.
