Responsibilities

• Drive discovery with PMs and engineers, ensuring we're solving the right problems.
• Raise the craft bar through thoughtful interactions and visuals.
• Help shape UI modernization as Mailjet's interface evolves.
• Use research and data to validate assumptions.
• Contribute to the design system for consistency and scalability.
