Job summary

Instabee is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape our digital experiences. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to solve consumer, operations and merchant challenges and craft world-class product experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end design process from discovery to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototyping.

As a Senior Product Designer at Instabee you will play a hands‑on role in shaping the digital experiences that power our services. You will work side‑by‑side with engineers, product managers, and cross‑functional teams to solve consumer, operations and merchant challenges and craft world‑class product experiences.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Drive the end‑to‑end design process: Take ideas from initial discovery, wireframing, and user testing through to high‑fidelity UI design and interactive prototyping.
• Collaborate closely with tech and product: Partner with engineers and product managers from day one—working together continuously rather than throwing designs over the fence, ensuring feasibility and seamless implementation.
• Leverage data and insights: perform user research, usability testing, and work with analytics to gain deep insights into consumer pain points, continuously iterating on your designs based on feedback.
• Elevate the craft: Raise the bar for execution across our digital touchpoints. Maintain and evolve Instabee's design to ensure visual cohesion, efficiency, and exceptional UX quality—delivering "brilliant basics" alongside signature "wow moments."
• Advocate for the consumer: Act as a strong voice for the user, ensuring the consumer experience remains intuitive, accessible, and front‑and‑center in every feature we build.

About You

• Proven experience for a minimum of 5 years in hands‑on Product Design or UX/UI roles within a fast‑paced product or tech environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end product design projects, demonstrating practical problem‑solving, intuitive workflows, and high‑quality UI execution.
• Highly proficient in modern design and prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of articulating design rationale clearly and building consensus across cross‑functional teams.
• A systems‑thinking mindset, allowing you to see how your design work impacts the wider consumer journey while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience working in agile design and development setups with a strong focus on user‑centered design principles.
