Job summary

Voyado is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join the Insights & Activation product area. You will build data products, define metrics, and ensure trusted, scalable analytics foundations powering customer insights and future AI capabilities.

You will model, validate, and improve datasets and data quality while collaborating across product, engineering, UX and domain teams. The role sits at the intersection of analytics, product, and engineering, requiring hands-on SQL, dbt experience, and strong

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills for data exploration, transformation and validation.
• Experience with dbt or similar tooling for governed data transformations.
• Experience building or maintaining data products, semantic layers or certified metrics.
• Understanding of lineage, data contracts, canonical entities and quality testing.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake or BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Design governed data products with clear schemas, quality tests, lineage and ownership.
• Write SQL to model, transform and validate structured data.
• Build and maintain semantic definitions and certified metrics across analytics surfaces.
• Collaborate with domain teams to improve data quality and upstream ownership.
• Contribute to documentation, contracts and standards that make analytics reliable and understandable.
• Support the foundation behind embedded BI and future AI-powered analytics capabilities.
