Job summary

Test-AB (DEMO) in Sweden is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead high-priority Digital Transformation initiatives. You will manage the full project lifecycle for software deployments, serve as the bridge between teams, and ensure seamless migration to AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience in a SaaS or tech-forward environment.
• Ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• A high degree of empathy for the end-user experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for complex software deployments.
• Act as primary contact for C-suite updates and alignment.
• Facilitate sprint planning and daily stand-ups for development squads.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and develop contingency plans.
• Manage project budgets exceeding $2M and vendor relationships.
