Job summary

RDT is seeking a Senior Piping Process Engineer for an on-site assignment in Lund, Sweden to support design, integration, quality assurance, installation and commissioning of piping systems.

The role requires a B.Sc. in Mechanical or Process Engineering, 5+ years in piping/process design, strong knowledge of P&IDs and standards such as EN 13445/80, and familiarity with PED; Nuclear/O&G experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in piping and/or process design.
• Strong knowledge of P&IDs, piping systems and technical documentation.
• Experience with installation and commissioning.
• Good knowledge of PED and EN 13445/EN 13480.
• Nuclear, Oil & Gas or other highly regulated environments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support piping installation, commissioning and technical troubleshooting.
• Review and prepare P&IDs, drawings and as-built documentation.
• Ensure quality and technical documentation meets project requirements.
• Participate in design reviews, technical coordination and system integration.
• Develop and review test protocols and verification procedures.
• Support technical investigations and problem solving.
