Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct penetration tests of mobile applications, Linux, and Microsoft environments.
• Perform advanced red and purple team engagements.
• Identify security vulnerabilities across enterprise and cloud environments.
• Lead and mentor junior team members during projects.
• Engage with customers for initiation meetings and project delivery.

We are growing and need a Senior Penetration Tester to join our Offensive Security Team.

The Role

As a Senior Penetration Tester, you will conduct advanced security reviews and penetration tests, lead and drive projects with a colleague, and maintain direct contact with customers. You will lead assignments from start to finish, presenting findings to non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct penetration tests of mobile applications, Linux and Microsoft environments, AWS, Google, and IOT/OT.
• Perform advanced red and purple team engagements.
• Identify security vulnerabilities across enterprise and cloud environments.
• Lead and mentor junior team members during projects.
• Engage with customers for initiation meetings and project delivery.

Required Skills

• Experience in penetration testing of enterprise environments.
• Ability to identify vulnerabilities in both Windows and Linux systems.
• Experience in network‑based penetration tests.
• Experience in credentials extraction and lateral movement.
• Ability to identify vulnerabilities in mobile applications.
• Experience in penetration testing of IOT/OT systems.
• Ability to identify vulnerabilities in cloud environments.

Bonus Skills

• System administrator experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.

Experience in code review‑based penetration testing.

Relevant security certifications.

Additional Requirements

Due to the sensitivity of our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
