Job summary

Orange Cyberdefense is seeking a Senior OT Security Consultant to join our team in Sweden. The role blends hands-on OT/ICS security with advisory work for critical infrastructure across energy, manufacturing, and transportation.

You will work from Stockholm, Malmö, Göteborg or Sundsvall in a hybrid setup. You will lead security assessments, architecture reviews, and risk analysis, guided by IEC 62443 and NIS2 frameworks, and you will interact with clients and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in OT/ICS security for critical infrastructure.
• Proven track record leading on-site assessments and risk analyses.
• Familiar with IEC 62443, NIST and NIS2 frameworks; fluent in Swedish and English.

What You'll Do:

• Act as a trusted advisor to top clients, helping them understand and manage their OT security risks.
• Lead on-site security assessments, architecture reviews, vulnerability scans, risk analysis based on industry standards like the Purdue Model.
• Drive impactful projects such as network segmentation, secure remote access, OT SOC setup, and compliance with IEC 62443 and NIS2.
• Manage projects from start to finish, presenting your findings to technical teams and senior leadership.
• Contribute to the development of our OT security services and share your expertise internally.

Who You Are:

• An experienced OT/ICS security professional with deep knowledge of industrial systems like SCADA, DCS, and PLCs.
• Familiar with frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST, and NIS2, with a proven track record leading assessments and advising clients.
• Certified (GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, etc.) is a plus.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills to explain complex topics clearly.
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and passionate about building long-term relationships.
