Job summary

The role emphasizes personal leadership, accountability and cross-functional collaboration across Pro Robotics R&D. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics is required, with 5+ years of experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 5+ years of professional experience in product development.
• Strong leadership and the ability to drive assignments from start to finish.
• Genuine passion for technology and curiosity for exploring new technologies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience designing molded parts (meriting)
• Experience working with the CAD system Catia (advantage)

Responsibilities

• From early concept through to production, you will own design tasks.
• Support product maintenance for products already in manufacturing.
• Collaborate across Pro Robotics R&D and with specialist functions and stakeholders to deliver according to plan.
