Job summary

Applied Value is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead client engagements across the full project life cycle, from sales to final presentation. You will own initiatives, participate in sales meetings, and act as the primary contact for clients.

The role requires 4–10 years in management consulting, degrees in Engineering, Business or Economics, leadership and financial skills, willingness to travel, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of relevant work experience within management consulting
• Degrees in Engineering, Business, and Economics are preferred but not required
• Demonstrated leadership experience, business acumen, and financial skills
• Willing to travel for client work
• Must be fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Written and oral communications skills
• Experience managing complex projects with client interaction

Responsibilities

• Be the primary client contact during the sales process.
• Design project sub-tasks, including supporting research and analysis.
• Manage project team and client interaction.
• Occasional on-site work with the client and project members.
• Schedule and provide frequent updates to clients; collect data and interview personnel.
• Oversee transfer of project findings via final presentation and report.
• Maintain high standards for quality, timeliness and professional conduct.
• Ensure successful engagement leads to follow-on work.
