Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Linux and infrastructure specialist to manage and optimise our Linux environments, including Docker, patching, and VPN solutions. You will ensure security compliance, support risk assessments, and monitor system performance while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

The role includes mentoring junior engineers, integrating with Entra ID/Intune/SSO, and contributing to CI/CD workflows in a security‑minded, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Linux environments including endpoints, servers, and Docker.
• Proven ability to implement security best practices and audits.
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and CI/CD tooling.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience integrating with Microsoft enterprise solutions and PKI.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimise Linux environments across endpoints and servers.
• Maintain Docker infrastructure, patching, firewall, and VPN configurations.
• Align systems with security standards and perform risk assessments.
• Monitor availability, performance, and capacity; troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, infra, and cybersecurity teams; mentor juniors.
