Job summary

Göteborgs universitet's Academy of Music and Drama seeks a highly qualified academic to join the musical drama teaching team. The successful candidate will teach basic acting training and supervise theatrical projects within opera programmes, and will contribute to both pedagogical and artistic development of the subject area.

In addition, the role includes administrative duties such as admission tests, academic reporting, and developing course syllabuses.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in fine, applied or performing arts with teaching expertise.
• Excellent teaching skills in opera and opera directing at university level.
• Documented administration and/or project management experience; course development a plus.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities
