Job summary

Edenity is seeking Senior Backend Engineers to help replatform and migrate a regional platform onto a modular monolith using Java and Kotlin. You will design modules, integrate regional systems, and optimize complex data models across countries.

We value strong Java/Spring expertise, PostgreSQL/Redis experience, and a CI/CD mindset. Remote-first with teams across Europe; English required, German a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience
• Deep Java and Spring框架, strong relational DB design (PostgreSQL)
• Experience with Redis and data modelling for multi-country platforms
• CI/CD best practices and code review discipline
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot) and async workflows
• Fluent English; German a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and build self-contained modules within a modular monolith
• Bring regional systems onto the shared platform and handle integrations
• Model complex data relationships and optimize PostgreSQL schemas
• Build, secure and maintain scalable REST APIs
