Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Java Backend Developer or Software Engineer
• Expertise in Core Java, multithreading, and non‑blocking I/O
• Hands‑on experience with Golang
• Familiarity with Cassandra, Redis, or Memcached
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and performance tuning
• Solid analytical and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Maven, GitHub, or Spinnaker
• Familiarity with cryptography standards (PKCS, KMIP, AES, etc.)
• Exposure to machine learning frameworks
• Team lead or mentoring experience
