Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager / PMO to lead strategic HR technology initiatives and govern the HCM project portfolio in a global, fast‑moving environment. You will partner with HR and IT leaders, coordinate with vendors, and manage priorities, risks and resources to deliver business value across programs.

• Expertise in stakeholder management, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Project Management certification and advanced English communication skills.

As a Senior IT Project Manager / PMO, you will lead strategic HR technology initiatives and oversee the HCM project portfolio. The role combines hands‑on project leadership with portfolio governance, ensuring that priorities, resources, risks, and dependencies are aligned across a complex global environment.

You will work closely with HR, IT leaders, project managers, and external vendors to deliver business value and support high‑impact transformation programs.
