SEB is seeking an Internal Auditor to strengthen the Group Internal Audit team responsible for CFO, CRO and Compliance. The role is based in Stockholm with potential collaboration to Vilnius, focusing on audits across Group Finance, Treasury and Compliance.

The candidate will lead and drive planned audits, contribute to risk assessments, and deliver high-quality audit reports, working with a diverse team and stakeholders across SEB.

Competenze

• Minimum 5–10 years of working experience in banking or similar.
• Experience from external or internal audit or supervisory background is preferred.
• Experience with credit risk management, financial controls, capital and liquidity management.
• Experience auditing compliance functions and governance oversight is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead and participate in audit assignments within GIA.
• Contribute to annual risk assessment and audit plan development.
• Support quarterly reporting and ensure quality assurance of audits.
• Act as a role model and coach for less experienced team members.
• Collaborate with other GIA teams to ensure timely audit delivery.
