Job summary

Deploja-Ab is seeking a senior software consultant with deep React and TypeScript expertise to drive frontend architecture and modern development practices. The role combines client engagement with internal projects, requiring leadership, design-system experience, and strong English communication.

You will work across frontend and backend stacks, leverage Docker and cloud environments, and contribute to AI-driven development workflows within our consulting practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in React and modern frontend development.
• Solid experience with TypeScript.
• Backend development experience in Node.js and/or Java.
• Experience building or maintaining design systems and component libraries, including accessibility (WCAG/a11y) considerations.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, frontend architecture, and web performance optimization.
• Experience with Docker and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience working with monitoring and logging solutions.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation within software development workflows.
• Previous experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, or acting as a tech lead.
• Ability to independently drive large, complex assignments with limited guidance.
• Strong communication skills in English.

• Knowledge of application and platform security best practices.
• Previous experience working in large-scale product organizations.
