Job summary

Pacom, part of the Securitas Group, is seeking a driven Full Stack Developer with strong C# .NET experience to join our Stockholm development team.

You will work in an agile environment on frontend and backend for security platforms, collaborating with product owners and UX designers, with code reviews and docs.

The role is based in Solna, Sweden, and requires Swedish citizenship due to security clearance.

Qualifications

• A relevant academic degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in full stack development.
• Good understanding of database solutions (e.g., SQL Server).
• Experience working with APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes and tools is advantageous.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Swedish citizenship may be required for security‑classified role.
• Ability to lead a small team or assigned project.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining frontend and backend functionality for our security platforms.
• Designing and implementing new features and solutions.
• Collaborating with Product Owners and UX Designers to create user‑friendly and efficient systems.
• Ensuring high quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Actively participating in the entire development lifecycle – from requirements analysis to deployment.
• Contributing to the team’s technical growth and knowledge sharing.
