Job summary

Pacom, part of the Securitas Group, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to advance our security platforms. You will work in an agile team, delivering robust frontend and backend software with emphasis on security capabilities and scalable architecture.

You will collaborate with product owners and UX designers, ensuring high quality through testing and documentation, and you will help drive technical growth within the team.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in full stack development.
• Experience with C# .NET.
• Frontend development with JavaScript, HTML and CSS; Blazor preferred.
• Good knowledge of databases (SQL Server).
• Experience with APIs and integrations.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Swedish citizenship required with security clearance possibility.
• Ability to lead a small team or project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend functionality for security platforms.

Your Role at Pacom

As a Full Stack Developer at Pacom, you will play a key role in the development of our security solutions. You will work in an innovative and agile team where your ideas and contributions make a real impact.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining frontend and backend functionality for our security platforms.
• Designing and implementing new features and solutions.
• Collaborating with Product Owners and UX Designers to create user‑friendly and efficient systems.
• Ensuring high quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Actively participating in the entire development lifecycle – from requirements analysis to deployment.
• Contributing to the team’s technical growth and knowledge sharing.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• A relevant academic degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in full stack development.
• Experience developing in C# .NET.
• Experience with frontend development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, preferably with frameworks such as Blazor.
• Good understanding of database solutions (e.g., SQL Server).
• Experience working with APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes and tools is considered an advantage.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Swedish citizenship is required, as the position may involve assignment to a security‑classified role. Employment is also subject to a successful security clearance process.
• Ability to lead a small team or assigned project.
