Job summary

Oplane in Malmö is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to design, build, and own the user facing experiences of the AI security platform. You will transform complex data—asset graphs, threat modeling engines, and AI agent flows—into fast, intuitive interfaces that developers love to use.

You will drive frontend architecture with React and TypeScript, connect to Python/FastAPI backends, and collaborate with AI tooling to guide component generation while owning the final codebase.

Your Mission & Impact

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will step in at a crucial early stage to design, build, and own the user facing experiences of the AI security platform. The job is to turn complex data (asset graphs, threat modeling engines, and AI agent flows) into highly responsive, intuitive, and beautiful interfaces that developers actually love to use.

What you will actually spend your days doing:

• Frontend Architecture: Drive, scale, and own the frontend applications using React and TypeScript.

• Bridge the Layers: Connect sleek, intuitive UIs with the Python/FastAPI backends and complex, AI driven asynchronous service layers.

• Lead the AI Workflow: Work actively with Claude Code and Cursor as part of your daily routine. You will guide the AI to generate modern components, while you act as the main architect, reviewer, and owner of the final codebase.

• Clean Code Design: Write modular, predictable frontend structures that make it easy for both human team members and AI agents to expand upon.

• The AI First Mindset: Great enthusiasm for agentic development. You look forward to leveraging AI tools to write the first drafts, focusing your brainpower on reviewing, validating, and structuring the overarching architecture.
