Job summary

Lightspeed Studios is seeking an experienced financial manager to oversee budgeting and financial reporting within the studio. You will play a critical role in coordinating the annual budget, enhancing financial transparency, and integrating financial processes across the studio.

The ideal candidate will have at least a decade of experience in finance, a Chartered Accountant qualification, and strong interpersonal skills. You should be fluent in English, and knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred. This position is based in Sweden.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management financial area with a background in TMT industries.
• Strong interpersonal skills to research technical accounting issues.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate studio’s annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasts.
• Improve quality of Reporting package and ensure compliance with policies.
• Enhance financial transparency and project-based accounting systems.

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or finance

Chartered Accountant or equivalently qualified accountant
