Netlight is seeking a Team Lead within accounting, who will be responsible for leading a team of GL accountants globally as well as supporting the continuous improvement of finance processes globally. The position is located in our office in Stockholm but you will be collaborating with colleagues across all our offices in an international Finance team.

Who you are

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience within finance, accounting, or a similar field.
• Experience from an ERP system implementation is highly preferable; experience with leading cloud‑based ERP solutions is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to drive improvements and manage change in finance processes.
• Experience from a similar team‑lead or senior accountant/controller role is meriting.
