Job summary

A growing System Engineering and Solution Company in Sweden is seeking a Senior Energy Management Engineer. This role involves developing and optimizing climate and thermal control software for HVAC and battery systems. Candidates should have a Master's degree in a relevant field and over 5 years of automotive experience. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, Model-Based Development methods, and embedded software development is required. Excellent English communication skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Control Systems or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive climate & thermal systems.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and verify climate and thermal control software.
• Optimize energy efficiency for HVAC and battery cooling.
• Design control algorithms using Model-Based Development (MBD).
• Analyze and resolve software issues related to system integration.
• Perform software testing on bench and vehicle level.
