Swediumglobal is seeking a Senior Embedded Engineer to develop safety-critical, real-time transmission management systems in a modern automotive environment. The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and strong software development experience, particularly in C and Matlab/Simulink.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute throughout the development lifecycle to deliver high-quality solutions. This role is onsite in Sweden, offering an opportunity to work on innovative automotive products.

Qualificações

• Experience developing safety-critical, real-time systems in the automotive sector.
• Capability to document and verify software implementations.
• Familiarity with cross-functional team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain control strategies for transmission management systems.
• Implement gear shifting functions for various applications.
• Provide requirements, implementation, testing, and verification documentation.
• Conduct software development primarily in C, with some Matlab/Simulink.

Conhecimentos

Transmission management software development experience

Strong experience in C

Experience with Matlab/Simulink

Experience with Python

Experience in embedded software development

Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet)

Experience with testing methodologies

Experience working with functional safety (ISO 26262)

Formação académica

Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar
