Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in electronics or hardware development.

• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the product development lifecycle from concept to prototype validation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams across automotive, defence, telecoms, industrial tech and consumer electronics.
• Design analog and digital hardware, perform PCB layout and PCBA development.
• Tackle testing, debugging, EMC/EMI considerations and hardware verification.

Senior Electronics Design Engineer – Hardware Development

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden

SEK 45,000-65,000 per month depending on experience

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Electronics Engineer who enjoys turning ideas into working products?

We're looking to connect with talented electronics professionals in Gothenburg who have a strong background in hardware design, PCB development and hands‑on electronics engineering.

We're particularly interested in engineers who enjoy being involved throughout the product development lifecycle, from early‑stage design and component selection through to prototyping, testing and final product validation.

You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to technically challenging projects across industries such as automotive, defence, telecommunications, industrial technology and consumer electronics.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with engineers who have experience in some of the following areas:

• Electronic hardware design, including analogue and digital circuits
• PCB design, schematic capture and PCBA development
• Hardware design tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence or OrCAD
• Power electronics, power supplies and DC/DC converters
• FPGA or ASIC development
• Embedded systems and hardware/software integration
• Electronics testing, debugging and fault‑finding
• EMC/EMI testing and design considerations
• Prototyping, laboratory measurements and hardware verification

You don't need experience in every area listed above. We're interested in engineers with strong technical foundations and specialist expertise in one or more of these disciplines.

About You

Ideally, you'll bring:
