Job summary
Aurora Engineering AB is seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer in Gothenburg to support the development and validation of electrical systems for commercial vehicles. The role combines hands-on wiring harness design with EMC responsibilities, split roughly 70% electrical engineering and 30% EMC-related activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of automotive electrical engineering experience.
- Strong experience in wiring harness design and low-voltage systems.
- Good understanding of E/E architecture and component integration.
- Knowledge of EMC principles and automotive regulations.
- Experience with system verification, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Saber, Zuken E3 or similar tools.
- English proficiency and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve vehicle electrical architectures, wiring harnesses, and low-voltage systems.
- Support electrical component integration, installation, and system-level design.
- Define technical requirements and provide guidance for EMC performance.
- Coordinate electrical system verification, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Support EMC compliance activities, including ECE R10.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in vehicle-level testing, design reviews, and continuous improvement.
