Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• ≥15 years of relevant experience in scientific method development and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of measurement theory, drug development, and current technologies.
• Proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries and manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end development and delivery of composite measures.
• Ensure COA and lab data meet scientific, quality, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead research design, validation protocols, analytical methods, and project goals.
• Oversee evaluation of laboratory instruments and related documentation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with therapy-area experts and regulators.
