Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Senior Director to lead the BTI group on digital asset platforms, tokenization, and cross-border payments. You will craft must-have insights, mentor analysts, and guide clients through virtual and on-site engagements.

You bring 12+ years in payments/fintech, strong research and presentation skills, and a proven ability to influence enterprise leaders across a global, matrixed organization. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
• 3+ years in payments, fintech, enterprise technology, or advisory roles with exposure to large enterprise or government clients.
• Strong understanding of tokenization, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, blockchain, and regulatory landscape.
• Experience presenting to executives and managing senior client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged insights content.
• Develop in-depth analysis to identify root causes and reframing client challenges.
• Provide executive-level content and credible insights for Gartner events and client meetings.
• Support sales as voice of the market to drive client engagement and business growth.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across global teams.
